Cetaphil® Friends is a free online rewards programme for Cetaphil customers. You will be rewarded with Ceta Coins when you purchase Cetaphil products across authorised retailers. Ceta Coins will be awarded when you upload your receipt on our website.
The accumulated Ceta Coins can be used to exchange for rewards in our Redeem Rewards page.
Follow these three simple steps to redeem Cetaphil® Friends rewards
a. Shop
Shop at a participating retailer and retain your receipt to earn Ceta Coins.
b. Collect
Snap a picture of your receipt and upload it via the Collect Coins' tab. Receipt must be submitted no later than 7 days following your purchase to be eligible for Ceta Coins (S$1 spent = 1 Ceta Coin)
Remember to fill in the other required fields before submitting.
c. Redeem
Redeem rewards in our Redeem Reward page using Ceta Coins.
All rewards are subjected to availability.
The participating retailers are Guardian, Watsons, FairPrice/Unity, Cold Storage, Sheng Siong, Cetaphil Official Stores (Ecommerce), Hospital Retail Pharmacy and Polyclinic Retail Pharmacy.
Cetaphil® Friends is open to all Singapore residents aged 16 years old and above, holding a valid Singapore mobile number and a valid email address.

Each residential address is only eligible for one welcome gift. If your family member has already redeemed the welcome gift, you will not be eligible to redeem it again.

No, your membership is non-transferable.
You will recieve your rewards in 3-4 weeks from the date of your redemption at your registered mailing address.
A maximum of 12 redemptions per member annually is allowed
Your receipt will take 5-7 working days to be processed, and the corresponding coins will be reflected in your account.
No, you can only submit receipts made after you join Cetaphil® Friends.
Receipts must be submitted no later than 7 days from date of purchase to be eligible for Ceta Coins.
Your Ceta Coins will expire two calendar years after your transaction date*.

*The expiry date will fall on the last day of the month.
For every $1 spent on Cetaphil products, you will earn 1 Ceta Coin. For example, $49.50 spent will be equivalent to 49 Ceta Coins earned.
Each household address is restricted to a maximum of THREE (3) Cetaphil Samples and ONE (1) Cetaphil Baby Sample. Samples are available while stocks last.
Your trial sample(s) will be dispatched to the given registered mailing address approximately one month from the date of redemption.
